What we collect

When you send us a quote request or enquiry, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, address (if you give it), anything you write in your message, and which service page you came from.

If you phone or email us directly, we keep a record of the details you give us so we can deal with your enquiry.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
  • To arrange a survey, visit or job if you go ahead
  • To keep a record of the work we have quoted for or carried out

We use your information because you have asked us to contact you about a quote or service (taking steps at your request before entering into a contract), and for our legitimate interest in running our business. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the service providers we need to run this website and our email, such as our web hosting and email provider [IONOS], who process it on our behalf. We will share information if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to any work for [12 months]. If you become a customer, we keep records of the work for as long as we need them for warranty, legal and accounting purposes [usually 6 years].
